Catholicism 101
For the first time ever St. Monica Parish would like to host Catholicism 101. Catholicism 101 offerings are Adult Faith Formation Series intended to provide basic information about Catholic faith and life for those who want more information than they received as a child/teen - and for those who would like to begin to look at their faith from an adult perspective. Some of the sessions will be in conjunction with RCIA sessions. Other sessions will be separate from RCIA. All Catholicism 101 sessions are on Thursday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm. In 2010 – 2011 there will be two different Catholicism 101 series offered at St. Monica: “Living a Catholic Life” and “Living the Sacramental Life.” For more information about either or both of these contact Mike Gootee at 280-0025 or gootee97@comcast.net.

- Promote a basic understanding of essential elements of Catholic belief & practice
- Explore, along with other adults, ways of living these beliefs every day
- Put into practice some of the insights gained
